Getting Started
1. Add the bot to your server. 2. Go to Dashboard → Settings → pick your server. 3. Set an announcement channel and creator role. 4. Connect your Stripe. Done. Create your first event in under 5 minutes.
Getting Paid
Connect Stripe from the Earnings tab in your dashboard. EventPass takes 10% per ticket. Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) are deducted by Stripe before your payout. You receive the rest automatically — no manual withdrawal needed.
How Access Works
When a buyer completes checkout, the bot automatically assigns them a private role that unlocks the event VC. At event end, the role and VC are deleted. No manual role management, ever. Buyers who are removed or banned lose access instantly.
Buyer Protection
EventPass tracks how long the host is present in the VC. If attendance drops below 50% of the scheduled event time, all payment holds are automatically released — buyers are charged nothing. This is enforced by the system, not by trust.
Event Rules
Events must be scheduled within 6 days from now. This is required because Stripe card authorizations expire after 7 days — your buyers' holds stay valid for the full event window. Min price is $1. Max attendees is optional.
Bot Commands
The bot is mostly automatic. Key slash commands: /setup — configure your server. /help — shows all commands. Most things happen through the web dashboard. The bot posts embeds, manages roles, tracks attendance, and handles cleanup automatically.
