Privacy Policy

From Discord OAuth: Your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address (if provided by Discord). We use this to identify your account and display your profile in the dashboard.

From Stripe Connect: Your Stripe account ID when you connect Stripe as a host. We do not store any card numbers, bank details, or sensitive payment information — Stripe handles all of this.

Usage data: Events you create, passes you purchase, and server configurations. This data is necessary to operate the Service.

• To process ticket purchases and route payouts via Stripe
• To send Discord bot notifications related to your events
• To display your events and passes in the dashboard
• To enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing and payouts. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data they collect.
• Discord: Bot interactions in your servers. Discord's privacy policy applies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Event and pass records are retained for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We use session cookies for authentication (via NextAuth.js). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

We use industry-standard security practices. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
